By accessing or using TeamJobsPro ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Account Registration and Use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

Subscription and Billing

Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have usage limitations as described on our pricing page. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits.

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
• We use Stripe for payment processing; your payment information is not stored on our servers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions.

Overages and Limits

If you exceed your plan limits (team members, clients, events), you will be prompted to upgrade. We will not automatically charge you for overages without your consent.

Your Content and Data

Ownership

You retain all rights to the content and data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

License to Us

You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not share Your Content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Data Backup and Export

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup of Your Content. You can export your data at any time through the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by TeamJobsPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamJobsPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeamJobsPro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeamJobsPro operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
